Our primary international logistics partner is DHL. Aramex or another selected courier may be used where operationally appropriate.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Voluntary return requests relating to change of mind, size, fit or personal preference may be submitted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the applicable return conditions.
Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items should be reported within 3 days of delivery so that they can be investigated promptly.
The 3-day notification period does not remove mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Customer-related international returns may be subject to actual and applicable shipping, DDP, customs, clearance and related logistics deductions where permitted by law.
BCB Designer errors and qualifying defective goods are handled separately in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
13. Security Tags and Return-Control Accessories
Certain products, including eveningwear, special occasion, limited-production or high-value items, may include:

Products may be carefully tried on while these controls remain attached and intact.
For voluntary preference-based returns, an item may become ineligible if a return-control accessory or original product tag has been removed, cut, broken, damaged, altered or tampered with.
This condition does not remove mandatory rights relating to genuinely defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
