DELIVERY INFORMATION
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through www.bcbdesigner.com, operated by BCB Trading L.L.C S.O.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This Policy should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. International Shipping
BCB Designer operates as an international fashion e-commerce brand and ships to available international destinations.
Orders may be prepared, fulfilled or dispatched through different operational, warehouse or logistics locations depending on product availability, destination country, courier availability, customs requirements and operational conditions.
The countries available for delivery may change depending on:
-
Courier coverage
-
Customs requirements
-
Import restrictions
-
Local regulations
-
Product restrictions
-
Operational or logistics conditions
Availability of a country at checkout does not guarantee that every product can be shipped to that destination.
2. Courier Partners
Our main international logistics partner is DHL.
For certain GCC or regional destinations, BCB Designer may also use Aramex or another selected courier partner depending on destination, customs procedures, delivery performance and operational suitability.
BCB Designer reserves the right to select the courier or logistics method considered most appropriate for each shipment.
3. Order Processing
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–4 business days after order confirmation.
Processing may take longer during:
-
High-volume periods
-
Promotional campaigns
-
Public holidays
-
Product availability checks
-
Payment or fraud verification
-
Operational disruptions
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has already been dispatched.
Tracking information will be provided once available.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, international delivery usually takes approximately 8–14 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may take longer because of:
-
Customs inspections or clearance procedures
-
Courier delays
-
Remote delivery locations
-
Public holidays
-
Weather conditions
-
Local regulations
-
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
-
Additional ID or customs documentation requests
-
Events outside BCB Designer’s reasonable control
Business days do not include weekends, public holidays or courier non-working days applicable to the relevant shipment.
5. DDP — Delivered Duty Paid
BCB Designer ships international orders under DDP — Delivered Duty Paid terms as standard.
Under normal delivery conditions, customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges required for the shipment to reach the customer are arranged and paid in advance as part of our international fulfillment process.
This means that, under normal delivery conditions, the customer should not be charged a separate customs duty or import tax payment at the time of delivery or afterwards.
If a courier or customs representative requests a customs duty or import tax payment relating to a shipment sent under DDP terms, please contact BCB Designer before making payment so that we can review the shipment.
DDP applies to the normal delivery process. It does not remove the customer’s responsibility to:
-
Provide complete and accurate delivery information
-
Provide required identification or customs information
-
Respond to courier or customs requests
-
Remain reachable using the contact information provided
-
Accept or collect the shipment
-
Follow applicable delivery procedures

Courier notification
-

-
Order tracking page
Customers should ensure that the contact information provided at checkout remains active and accessible.
BCB Designer is not responsible for missed notifications caused by incorrect, inactive or unreachable contact information supplied by the customer.
9. Address Changes
Please review your delivery address carefully before completing checkout.
If you need to request an address correction, contact us as soon as possible.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been:
-
Prepared
-
Packed
-
Processed for dispatch
-
Submitted to the courier
-
Dispatched
Where a correction remains possible, additional courier, customs, administrative or logistics fees may apply.
10. Customs and Courier Information Requests
Even under DDP terms, customs authorities or courier partners may request additional information directly from the recipient.
This may include identification, address confirmation, tax information or customs verification.
A request for information does not necessarily mean that the customer is being charged additional customs duties.
Customers should respond promptly to legitimate courier and customs requests.
Failure to respond may result in delay, storage, unsuccessful delivery or return of the shipment.
11. Failed, Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
A shipment may be treated as a customer-related failed delivery where delivery cannot be completed because of circumstances including:
-
Recipient unavailable
-
Incorrect or incomplete address
-
Missing building, unit, postal code or location information
-
Incorrect or unreachable phone number
-
Missing required ID or customs information
-
Failure to respond to the courier or customs authorities
-
Refusal to accept delivery
-
Failure to collect the shipment within the courier’s required period
-
Failure to provide information necessary for customs clearance or delivery
If a shipment is returned or otherwise incurs costs due to a customer-related failed delivery, actual and applicable costs reasonably incurred in connection with that shipment may be deducted from any refundable amount, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
These costs may include:
-
Original outbound shipping
-
Return shipping
-
DDP-related charges
-
Customs duties and import taxes
-
Clearance or brokerage
-
Handling
-
Courier administrative charges
-
Storage
-
Other directly related logistics costs
Only the remaining refundable balance, if any, will be refunded.
12. Basis of Shipping and Customs Deductions
Where deductions are permitted under our policies and applicable law, BCB Designer may calculate them using relevant shipment records, including where available:
-
DHL invoices
-
Aramex invoices
-
Other courier invoices
-
Courier shipment records
-
Customs payment records
-
DDP documentation
-
Clearance or brokerage records
-
Logistics records
-
Order records
The amount may vary from shipment to shipment depending on destination, order value, courier, product classification, customs treatment and actual costs incurred.
We do not apply a single fixed customs or logistics deduction where the actual cost differs.
13. Customer-Related Returns
A voluntary return based on change of mind, size preference or personal preference is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Where permitted by applicable law, customer-related international returns may be subject to actual and applicable:
-
Outbound shipping
-
Return shipping
-
DDP
-
Customs
-
Tax
-
Clearance
-
Brokerage
-
Handling
-
Administrative
-
Storage
-
Related logistics costs
These amounts may be deducted from the refundable amount in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.
14. BCB Designer Error
Where a delivery issue results from a confirmed BCB Designer error, such as an incorrect item being sent or another error attributable to us, customer-related deduction provisions will not be applied in the same manner.
The appropriate resolution will be determined according to the circumstances, our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
15. Lost Shipments
If tracking suggests that a shipment may have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as the issue becomes apparent.
We may ask for:
-
Order number
-
Tracking number
-
Customer details
-
Any relevant courier communication
BCB Designer will investigate the matter with the courier.
A shipment will not be treated as lost solely because of an ordinary customs or courier delay.
16. Damaged Shipments
If your package or product appears damaged during transit, please contact BCB Designer within 3 days of delivery so that the issue can be investigated promptly.
Please provide where applicable:
-
Order number
-
Tracking number
-
Clear photographs of the external package
-
Photographs or videos of the damaged item
-
Photographs of internal packaging
-
Courier damage report, if available
Please retain the packaging until the review is completed.
The 3-day notification period is intended to allow us to investigate courier damage promptly and does not limit mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
17. Delivery Acceptance
Depending on the destination and courier procedure, a shipment may be received by:
-
The customer
-
A family member
-
Reception staff
-
Concierge staff
-
Building staff
-
Another authorized recipient at the delivery address
Courier records, proof of delivery, tracking events and related delivery evidence may be used to establish delivery.
If the courier records the shipment as delivered, BCB Designer may treat the shipment as delivered unless there is reasonable evidence requiring further investigation.
18. Split Shipments
Items within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately because of:
-
Product availability
-
Fulfillment location
-
Warehouse location
-
Courier restrictions
-
Operational requirements
If an order is divided into multiple shipments, the customer may receive more than one tracking number.
Split shipment does not normally create an additional product charge for the customer unless specifically agreed otherwise.
19. Events Outside Our Control
International deliveries may be affected by circumstances outside BCB Designer’s reasonable control, including:
-
Severe weather
-
Natural disasters
-
War or civil disturbance
-
Government restrictions
-
Customs disruption
-
Courier network disruption
-
Strikes
-
Public health emergencies
-
Airport or border closures
-
Technical failures
-
Other international logistics disruptions
Where such events occur, delivery may be delayed.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist where appropriate.
20. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or reduce any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer law gives the customer greater protection than a provision of this Policy, the mandatory legal protection will apply.
21. Updates to This Policy
BCB Designer may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in:
-
Courier services
-
Customs procedures
-
International logistics
-
Business operations
-
Legal or regulatory requirements
The current version will be published on this page.
