This page provides general pre-contract information for purchases through the BCB Designer website. Product-specific and order-specific information—such as the selected item, size, quantity, destination, final price, currency and delivery estimate—is displayed on the product page, cart and checkout and forms part of the transaction. Please review all information before selecting the button that places the order.

1. Seller and Website Operator

The Website is operated by BCB Trading L.L.C S.O.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading online as BCB Designer.

2. Main Characteristics of the Goods

The main characteristics of each product—including description, available sizes, colour, material or care information where provided, price and photographs—appear on the relevant product page. Minor colour differences may occur because of lighting, image processing and device display settings. Garment measurements may have a reasonable manual-production tolerance as described in our Terms and Conditions or size guidance.

3. Price, Currency and Taxes

The product price, discounts and order total shown at checkout apply to the order. Prices may be displayed in a local or selected currency for convenience. Payment is processed and charged in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or international transaction fee.

BCB Designer ships international orders under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) arrangements as described in the Shipping Policy. Under normal delivery conditions, customs duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges required for delivery are arranged and paid in advance by BCB Designer. Exceptional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information, refusal, non-cooperation, unauthorized return arrangements or similar customer-attributable circumstances may be handled under the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, subject to applicable law.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. An order may be subject to authorization, fraud screening or reasonable verification. BCB Designer does not receive your full card credentials when payment is processed directly by the payment provider.

5. Formation of the Contract

1. Select the product, size and quantity and add the item to the cart.

2. Review the cart, delivery information, price, currency and applicable policies.

3. Enter accurate customer, billing, delivery and customs information.

4. Select an available payment method and place the order.

5. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request. Final acceptance occurs when BCB Designer accepts the order for fulfilment or dispatch, subject to the Terms and Conditions.

We may cancel and refund an order where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorized, a material pricing or description error exists, delivery is not reasonably possible, verification is not completed, or fraud or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

6. Fulfilment, Delivery and Customer Cooperation

The available delivery method and estimated timeframe are shown or communicated for the order. Estimates are not guaranteed. The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, reachable telephone number and any information lawfully required by the courier or customs authority. Tracking details are normally provided after dispatch.

7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Change-of-mind, size-preference or personal-preference return requests may be submitted within 14 days after delivery, provided the item satisfies all conditions in the Return & Refund Policy and the customer follows BCB Designer’s written return instructions. For voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for applicable original shipping, return shipping, DDP, customs and related non-recoverable logistics costs, which may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted by law.

Manufacturing defects, transit damage and incorrect items should be reported within 3 days of delivery with supporting photographs or video where reasonably possible. This does not limit non-waivable consumer rights. Approved refunds are normally initiated within 1–10 business days after receipt, inspection and approval; banks and card issuers may take additional time.

8. Complaints and Support

Questions or complaints may be submitted to Customer Care using the contact details above. Please include the order number and supporting information. Mandatory consumer rights and any competent authority or dispute-resolution rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

9. Privacy and Electronic Communications

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Transactional communications needed for an order may be sent without being treated as marketing. Marketing communications are sent only where permitted by applicable law and may be stopped using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us.
