RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1) Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date the order is delivered.
2) Return Conditions
Returned items must:

be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;

be in their original condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories;

be in resalable condition.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
3) Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

BCBDesigner is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Cash-on-delivery or “collect on delivery” return shipments will not be accepted.
4) Non-Returnable Items
Unless otherwise stated, the following items are non-returnable:

underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and items restricted for hygiene reasons;

discounted or “Final Sale” items;

items that show signs of use, wear, or damage.
5) Return Process

Once approved, the item must be shipped to the return address provided.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
6) Refunds
