BCBDesigner is committed to delivering your orders in a safe and timely manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through https://www.bcbdesigner.com/ and operated by BCB TRADING L.L.C.

1) Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • International shipping, if available, will be clearly indicated at checkout.

2) Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to public holidays, promotional periods, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed.

3) Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees (if applicable) are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

4) Delivery Responsibility

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

  • BCBDesigner is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.


RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1) Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date the order is delivered.

2) Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;

  • be in their original condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories;

  • be in resalable condition.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.

3) Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customers must arrange and pay for the return shipment.

  • BCBDesigner is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • Cash-on-delivery or “collect on delivery” return shipments will not be accepted.

4) Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise stated, the following items are non-returnable:

  • underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and items restricted for hygiene reasons;

  • discounted or “Final Sale” items;

  • items that show signs of use, wear, or damage.

5) Return Process

  1. Customers must contact us at info@bcbdesigner.com to request a return.

  2. Once approved, the item must be shipped to the return address provided.

  3. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

6) Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Bank or payment provider processing times may vary and are beyond our control.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

7) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@bcbdesigner.com, along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is verified:

  • we will cover the return shipping cost; and

  • we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, as applicable.
